Freeman® Charcoal & Black Sugar Mask

Hello my lovelies! 💖

We’re all constantly scouring high and low for that magical concoction bottled up in face mask packaging. It’s no secret that a good facial mask can do wonders for your skin!

I personally have extremely oily skin and I can’t stand it! Everyone always tell me that I should be grateful for my oily skin and I get it. Oils are beneficial… I know. However, I’d like to leave my house, you know, not looking like I just doused myself in cooking oil. That is why I prefer to use products that absorb any excess oils from my skin.

One product that I find works well for me is the Freeman® Charcoal & Black Sugar Gel Mask & Scrub.

The purifying activated charcoal helps to absorb any excess oil without over drying the skin. During this process my skin felt a bit heated, especially whenever I moved my face. This is probably due to the activated charcoal working its magic. The black sugar helps to exfoliate the skin ridding it of any dead skin cells resulting in a brighter and healthier complexion.

Application is rather easy since it comes in a tube so you squirt it out as you would with toothpaste. I  initially paste it onto my skin using a flat foundation brush. After that I gently massage it around and evenly coat the rest of my face. I usually leave it on for 5-7 minutes as directed then rinse with cool water. I repeat this process about twice a week.

What I like about this product is that I haven’t had any bad reaction to it as I do have very sensitive skin. Also, Freeman products are known to be cruelty free and vegan.

I hope you all liked this little review.  If you are interested in trying this mask or any other Freeman masks you can find them on amazon >>>Freeman Charcoal & Black Sugar Polish Mask
